The Pre-Xmas Post

finished one of my hall games alr.. contract bridge. tis yr's grping... well, not in our favour. last yr's champ, last yr's 5th, us, n a new hall. guess wad. e new hall is tis yr's favourites. well done. so we din surpass our own expectations. of cos, we all said there's no way we'll b getting to e next round unless we made some upsets. honestly (yes, not deluding myself), we came real close. we made mistakes, some in game play, some amateurish even by our standards. miscommunication in a game of communication wrecks ur game of cos. happened a few times. nonetheless, it was gd. could've made e game agst 16 a much closer one. wads more, we played e weaker 2 pairs out of our 3 agst them.

keatwei is rite. at our level, contract bridge is a game of who makes e least mistakes. we made more, we lost. consistency matters eh.

last yr, i remem i said "we'll do better next yr!". well.. i duno. shld i say e same tis time round? feels a lil... consolatory. wad will come will come, rite? i shall let it be then. felt gd while it lasted. =)

played my first hockey game too. lost 0-2. positives to take back, negatives not unexpected. hope for a better next game. my fitness sux. tt's probably e greatest negative to take fr e game. am wreckin my brains for e next match. muz win match. gd luck to us.

meanwhile, i tink i haf too much on hand. n i'm prioritizing them wrongly. am regretting certain stuff. but oh well, tt's life isn't it? i'll juz haf to handle them.

xmas is round e corner. suddenly, i haf found myself a shopping list. haha. for myself of cos. buy for YOU meh? wait long long. =P juz for e fun of it, i shall list them down here. i bet u i wun even clear tis list by end of tis acad yr. cos i'm such a miser on myself. haha. anyways here goes...

eh? not many. haha. suddenly can't remem most of e stuff i tink i wanna buy. haha. see? i'll end up not buying. anyways, of e list, wad i'll definitely b buying is... slippers. cos i'm slipping in my present pairs. yeah. both r giving me e ice-skating experience. my balance haf improved tremendously i swear.

i've found... new balance. WAHAHA. super lame.
