Correlation b/w GE n Coincidence

hmmz had an useful n more enlightening driving slot today aftnn, even though it was changed to 2pm from 6pm n i had to rush a bit n eat lunch at 330pm. still quite worth it i tink. hope i'll only improve fr now onwards. i mean, i only haf 3 days but yah.

Am making it a pt to read e papers everyday now tt it's e hols. but i muz say tt mood seems to play an impt role cos when i haf no mood, i end up doin wad i used to do - read sports n flip e rest. not gd. nonetheless, i'm filtering more of e political stuff since signs point to a GE pretty soon. i tink it could b Feb / Mar next yr. so y GE? cos more stuff r being dished out (whether it is executed - i dun mean prisoners - or not is another qn). so in addition to Aljunied, East Coast n Sembawang, another GRC (slipped my mind!!! lazy to check..) is getting a 5-yr plan for upgrades n make-up. I remem reading in e papers tt some minister said sth abt all these carrots being "coincidence" with e looming GE, tt e previous 5-yr plan was up n it's routine to draw up another 5-yr plan (so i tink e 5-yr plans coincide nicely with each GE, which den is coincidence except tt apathetic citizens like me tink it's planned. it's not k. it's CoinCidenCe). Very aptly den, we see tt more children will b able to get education bursaries n subsidies n tt e ministry will b lookin (or isit is looking?) into lowering e eligible family income for applicants (tis one oso CoinCidenCe k?).

As u muz haf noticed, there's a positive relation b/w GE n coincidence. When's a GE is coming, coincidence increases. i tink quite exponentially also.

Aniwae i shall now juz ans my own economic confusion. i tink since govt always haf 5-yr plans, e govt expenditure component of our GDP is actually pretty much controlled. n rather consistent. and they not one shot spend all e millions or billions so actually effect is pretty normalised. so ya.. i ask stupid qn now i ans my own stupid qn. i heard my econ tutor say tt actually ministry got plans on buildings to improve on n new buildings to build. all these r kept n when there's a recession, they'll take out n implement. tis serves to boost govt expenditure, which is part of e GDP of e country n den tis sorts of brings e country out of e recession.. or part there of. hehe.
