CS FOC 2006

it's been tiring.. i'm still reeling from sleep debt.

cs foc has ended, n i'm sure e committee members muz b relieved rite down to their bone marrows. it's been a hectic n frustrating affair for e main commers, but immensely satisfying too, i guess. so many ppl r suffering fr some form of post-foc withdrawal..

but somehow, i'm not.

i'm juz kinda relieved tt it had successfully concluded, with Darren making his concludin speech holding back his tears.. n i find myself tearing along with him. noeing these guys make me emotionally attached. but when u noe these peops in person, n when they simply rawks, u can't help it.

i juz hope i haven added to e troubles.. like forgetting to call johnson when e OGs left my station for e next. hope it hasn't been too inconvenient. sorry to whoever was manning e next station too. i plain forgot. :( in typical sikeng style.

aft tots as usual.. not so positive ones from me though. juz pondering wad makes a person who he/she is. y r there ppl who r so nice n so accomodating; y r there fuckers n bitches who totally believe in retaliation. fright nite brings out e best in ppl. u see ppl who feint "room-phobia" n den leave e room laffing n mocking "where got room-phobia one hahaha". fight-kill, understand. there's no spirit of camp. tt's like, e biggest regret i haf for tis camp. perhaps, there was some planning errors n some trust misplaced. most of us din realli do our job as senior-attached, simply bcoz we weren't attached at all. of cos, i'm one of them. e reluctance to join another grp bcoz i'm juz not close to e GL. n some ppl were simply MIA thru'out. n many more.

positives? well, i got to noe some seniors. funny lot. like keatwei puts it, these r already filtered out - how else would u expect yr4s to come back to help? n such a large population of yr3s? all e times spent laffing at jokes which "u all shldn't laff at his jokes!" Marcus tell (tt quote fr Medha), n all e "when i say say, u say heng" Sam n e rest. perhaps we wun realli noe one another, or rather, juz a hi-bye kinda thing, but nonetheless, it had been entertaining. appreciated, realli. laffed til i teared so many times. =)

"wad did e barber say aft cutting Say Heng's hair?" "hair hair hair hair..."

-_-

yeah. tt kinda jokes. but with his laffter so contagious, who cares abt e lame joke?

n in surprising fashion, i haf gotten acquaintance with Shannon, from Scott's OG. first time round, chatted slightly on e Sentosa bus back to visitor's centre, n den aft tt when i wore e ADSD singlet to sea sports, n realised he's fr ADSD too, but NSF. he's one of e nice guys ard. ask johnson. he'll tell u y. n i juz saw him yest at West Mall.. he's part of a choir! din get to tok with him.. perhaps when sch starts. he remems me, which is v encouraging. =)

supposed to attach to Kenneth's og, but too many seniors. so i found myself a passing figure, prob remembered as e guy who keeps getting kenneth to do forfeit. but i got to noe Jia Qian (see? i can remem names. wahaha.). e rest... well.. guys wise, Daniel n Justin. e other 2.. i feel tentative abt them. nice guys in their own sense, i guess.

perhaps there r lots more positives to take away fr e camp, but perhaps i've been blinded much by e negatives i saw.. in typical fashion, there haf been hiccups n situations, but none too big to get out of ctrl. 3 cheers to e main comm, n all other subcomms n seniors who haf made tis camp e success tt it is.

n to all e mishaps n unhappy happenings,

"fight-kill" all!
